Newsdemon were my first UK usenet access provider and I was with them all of 20 minutes. No user/pass was sent after payment so had to go through live support. After that was sorted they didn't have half the groups I needed on their European server and I couldn't access their US server so cancelled with them. Refunded promptly. Switched to Astraweb and have been delighted ever since.
