The questions were as I see it:-
1) will people be forced in time over to the new @virginmedia.com address and not have access to your old style address. Answer is no they wont be forced and the old style address will be on the new platform.

The phrase used is 'change to', this does not suggest that you can have your existing address at the same time as a new @virginmedia.com address. Will people be able to have a joe.bloggs@ntlworld.com and a joe.bloggs@vriginmedia.com at the same time in order to avoid problems from having organisations having your old address? Is there a link that can confirm this one way or the other? |
