Are you shore that you have been upgraded to 10 Gb ? If Yes try reboot your modem then reboot your router and you may need to reboot your computer as well.

I see that you have been upgraded by looking at post #377 as I sed try reboot your modem then reboot your router and you may need to reboot your computer as well.
