Ever since I got the free M to L free upgrade I have never seen a reported or even close to 10 meg whenever I test the speed on Speedtest.net.
If I were to use
http://myspeed.visualware.com/index.html or
http://numion.com/ I often see speeds that would relate to the upgrade, but never on that speedtest.net.
By the way is this normal on the modem log info
