A smashing little app i came accross recently is Format Factory..

It`s a great media converter supports most stuff is free and works on XP/Vista/7

It may allready be in the list but i didn`t read every page :-)

p.s. Uncheck the toolbars "ebay/ask" on install, we don`t wan`t those now do we.....!
