Re: Leased line / Managed Internet Access question

One of the things to remember is that the Managed Internet Access product from ntl:Telewest is monitored 24/7 by a specialist operations centre in Peterborough and the Cisco router is fully managed. The product is also backed by a 6hr SLA and is provided by a company with their own network unlike one mentioned above (won't say which one ;p) that actually have national ethernet circuits managed by the same operations centre and act like a intermediary.
