I remember the Max Headroom episode which depicted a shopping channel (this was years before the actual Shopping Channel existed - score one for Max's writers!); Max's comment: "Finally, a channel with no advert breaks!"

Like Dirty Harry, I'm not prejudiced; I hate them all equally.
