Re: Legal action taken against Virgin Media throttling practices
There are 49 Sheriff Courts in Scotland which cover a particular Sheriff Court District. These Districts are separated into 6 Sheriffdoms each comprising the various courts in its area.
The Sheriffdoms and each of the courts in their area are shown below for anyone who is interested.
The Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin
Glasgow
The Sheriffdom of Grampian Highland and Islands
Aberdeen - Banff - Dingwall - Dornoch - Elgin - Fort William - Inverness - Kirkwall - Lerwick - Lochmaddy - Peterhead - Portree - Stonehaven - Stornoway - Tain - Wick
The Sheriffdom of Lothian and Borders
Duns - Edinburgh - Haddington - Jedburgh - Linlithgow - Peebles - Selkirk
The Sheriffdom of North Strathclyde
Campbeltown - Dumbarton - Dunoon - Greenock - Kilmarnock - Oban - Paisley - Rothesay
The Sheriffdom of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway
Airdrie - Ayr - Dumfries - Hamilton - Kirkcudbright - Lanark - Stranraer
The Sheriffdom of Tayside, Central and Fife
Alloa - Arbroath - Cupar - Dundee - Dunfermline - Falkirk - Forfar - Kirkcaldy - Perth - Stirling
So the question "Where" being answered by "Scotland" isn't very helpful.
