VM don't pay only statutory.
Depending how long you've been there will affect what policy you are on and what you receive.
If you joined VM after Feb 2007 then you will get:
Less than 18 months 2 weeks' salary
Between 18 months and 3 years 1 month's salary
Between 3 years and 5 years 1½ months' salary
