It said L before I even called CSC
, I only got acess to My Virgin Media a few days ago and it said L.
The virgin rep I spoke to ~24 hours ago, understood I mean't the free upgrade (extra £2), happing from May and continuing over the summer, he also understood I called because the "upgrade from 2Mb to 10Mb" link wasn't functioning as it returned it didn't recognize my speed.
