If you're using Outlook Web Access then you won't need to. Authenticate with each individual account associated with the mailbox, remember your url for OWA in Exchange 2003 is http://servername/exchange

Just make sure that integrated windows authentication isn't enabled for the /exchange virtual directory (by default it shouldn't be).
