okay...that is a router....... http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProdu...duct_Id=480884

connect your pc to it and browse to http://192.168.2.1 and give the router a full factory reset, then connect the modem to it and see if it works then.

yeah noticed that....when I was working at Belkin it was still F5D**** but they have gone for F6D as well..didnt know that but hey I learn something as well sometimes.
