So I've playing around with SBS 2003 - and have it all installed, and want to use the exchange server.

Now, my problem is that depending on what hat I am wearing I will need email to be sent from either address1@domain1.com or address2@domain1.com, or address1@domain2.com, and so on...

I can set it up to recieve mails from all these domains to one account, that's no problem - but how do I choose what account the email comes from via exchange?
