2 questions:

1. How long has this %^&£$ (insert appropriate derogatory swear word) being going on?

2. Has anyone found an application that will work under XP and warn you when you've used 50% or 80% of your allotted downstream/upstream total between specified times?
All I can find are links to local council sites...
