Croydon was in the initial rollout and is repeated on your list as Croydon and Lndn Croydon one enabled one not.
Kingston uses New Malden which is done.
Richmond uses New Malden / Croydon and is done.
Stockport is done.
Redditch doesn't have its' own CMTSes.
Neither do Highbury, nor Edmonton.
Grays is live.
Guildford and Woking are different hubsites with their own CMTS.

You get the idea, franchises and hubsites don't meld together too wonderfully.
