I spent all of 3 minutes on the phone to them earlier, in that time the CS rep told me her name 7 times!!!! and asked if she could help me 5 times (I actually counted as it makes me laugh the amount of times they say it!!).
I think it is their script, it must have a flow chart on it and at the beginning of each box it says "tell the customer your name", can't think of any other reason why they always repeat their name so many times!!!!!!
