2009-04-16 15:58:34 6-Notice 0x045A80E4 TLV-11 - unrecognized OID
In order:

Something in the DHCP response from Virgin is not recognised as valid by this modem.

A command has been sent to the modem from Virgin which it is unable to comply with, it doesn't recognise the SNMP OID being changed.

Modem requested date and time from Virgin, no response received.

2009-04-25 13:18:19 6-Notice 0x041D0318 SW Download INIT - Via Config file class-cm-bas.cm
Modem attempting to download the firmware update specified in the configuration file it received from Virgin, class-cm-bas.cm via the firmware update server address contained within the .cm file.

2009-04-25 13:18:19 4-Error 0x041D0444 SW upgrade Failed before download - File not Present
The firmware update is not present on the update server specified.

Why these mean nothing:

DHCP warning, as indicated is for a non-critical field.

Unrecognised OID - this SNMP reprogramming isn't critical to function. Virgin use a couple of different OIDs to ensure that they catch all their modems.

ToD request - while Virgin should supply this it's not essential to the function of the modem.

SW Download INIT - Modem is attempting to download a firmware update, this is informational.

SW upgrade Failed - Upgrade didn't work, but modem is still online. Upgrade not required to function.
