Ive got/having a similar problem in the RM11 area of Essex - only way to get any information is to randomly call India until someone with half a brain can tell me about an area fault before they try to get me to start disconnecting power supplies...

The VM website hasn't even mentioned a fault in my area... yet the phone says it was covering at least 5 postal districts...
