Hi all,
right i have been having some issues since last wednesday roughly

Been having very poor download speeds, very slow broswing of websites, including virginmedia.com and some times it is that bad it gets to a point where you think you will get a connection time out, and lastly i have been getting disconnect a few times also.
Since i have been connected i have been using the netgear router and only until the last 40mins i have just gone back to the virginmedia modem to see if sorts everything out, but i still get very poor download speeds and browsing.
Here is a bit of info if this helps? just need some advice please

just done a speedtest and i i have nothing else using my internet connection and also it took ages to finish the speedtest.
