Well apparently not, I just spoke to a nice man in India (fourth one I spoke to, first one who could understand me, well I needed to read out the postcode 3 times, and then he still got it wrong.) after going through the power cycling modem etc. He told me there is an area fault and it's expected to be fixed at 11:30 tonight. The message telling about the fault has gone away, and there isn't even a hold period (SO30) I'm guessing everyone is going through to India atm.
