Please bare in mind there are a lot of customers not happy with VMs service so they are not getting what they are paying for.
Also VM are oversubscribing the network that is greed the same thing.
Ideal situation would be all subscribers paying full price and noone on oversubscribed UBRs. If everyone got what they paid for thay may be happier paying it

Pretty stupid of them to do that isnt it? You cant blame the customer if VM cant run the business can you? How much does a cloner cost VM? Cloned modem and Modified TV? take it as read if they didnt steal the service they would not have the service so no subs to pay
