Well, just called faults again, got through to an asian gentleman that asked me to repeat everything 3 times because he couldn't understand me.

He told me that there is no fault and proceeded to read through the usual checklist. I ended up hanging up before he could tell me I needed to plug it into a windows machine or some other crap.

Will try again in a bit.
