Virgin Media won't ever have the funds for the network to be amazing like could be due to these reason below
1. Tight ass customers wanting service for nothing
2. Massive debt
3. Management liking there hundred thousand pound bonus too much.

Reputation given, that's an excellent post from so many angles, a major one being that it looks at things from all points of view. I did enjoy the comment on management bonuses as well
