So all of the other posts about 'I want 50Mbit, I can't order 50Mbit' etc were lies?
Yes it does cancel my original contract as I did check with virgin and they say I owe them nothing now and my service is disconnected and there is nothing left for me now with no further charge. Virgin must be THICK and never thought of how clever I get out of it.

No, it isn't lies. It was true. 1st tech - couldn't do it. but 2nd tech with two men did it right.
