Re: lost connection probable fault

The power levels look fine for the brief time that it's synced. The lights never get to the point where the ready is flashing.

I have an engineer provisionally booked for monday. (earliest I could get)

Typing information in from my mobile is a bit difficult as the browser doesn't handle text areas properly so I'm mostly typing blind. So I'm sorry if this looks like gibberish.

I just got a text telling me that there is a fault in my area (it's been going on since 2:30). So hopefully a resolution will be soon.
