I have lost connection since 2:30 am this morning, (posting from mobile).

The strange thing is, the modem is syncing and the signal levels look good and then 'DS channel override in cfg file, re-scanning downstream' (then starts looking for another downstream)

Is this what it looks like?
Has the cfg file for 20Mbit on the 256 at the tftp server been changed for the upgraded one before the upgrade has been done? Faults say there isn't a fault logged in our area (SO30) but it probably is a network fault.
