i wasn't sure were exactly to post this so if in the wrong place i apologies lol

ok 2 days ago i was trying to get onto a friends site, i have had no problems at all before but all of a sudden all i get now is timeout messages. I run through a netgear router and have tried to acess the site from this computer and my daughters (she runs through the wireless router) and also via both Firefox and I.E and still doesnt work.

i no the site is up as everyone else i know can access it, i have done all the usual cleaning of cache, cookies , iv reset the router, double and triple checked all my settings, i have tried to ping the site but it just times out, i done a tracert and it starts timing out on the 6th hop.

I can access the site if i use openvpn gui, so my only conclusion is that for some reason virgin are blocking the site or they have dns resolve issues. how would i be able to find out for sure?
