In the case of Sky somewhat less, they have used Google for some time but have a 10GB limit.

BT's storage is unlimited, it's rebranded Yahoo.

Already use Google and prefer ISP-agnostic email so will not be doing anything, VM offers me nothing over this.

No, they (we) clone you then hypnotise you into thinking you were let out.

As far as VM's email goes you and I remember the old system, poor abused thing, that and the old Usenet service earned their keep
