Update on this - nothing in QoS so have called Netgear support again. The normal tweaking of setting and checking firmware but nothing. It is being escalated again but just hope don't want me to send this router back as well - I feel it maybe pointless!

Is anybody getting good speeds using a router apart from the Netgear one? I get 30-40 Mbps on my 3 year old Linksys one.
