Just cause you have thier picture DOESNT MEAN YOU KNOW WHO THEY ARE.. If they had SPOTTED THE CAMERA and left,they may have not been found.

Most house breakers are habitual and are well known to the local police so would have been identified by either the local or neighbouring police forces
