ok back on the phone to VM who tell me to do tests which i do and still get very poor speed from gamefiles.virginmedia.com or whatever it is next he tells me heres gana update my modem tcp or somthink like that .so next i tell him im gana download 1 ov my files from a trusted souce linux dvd which instantly maxes it out 48MB drops to 3.5MB cant explain. so next he tells me download from a vm site think it was fuller.zen.com/test and i got a MASSIVE 41KB yep 41kb so i say as u can see there is clearly a problem nope
I HAVE YOUR MODEM SATISTICS IN FRONT OF ME ITS RUNNING FINE!!!!
ok please email me the states and il get a tec friend to go thru it mite found the problem

vm it works dont it thats all i can do
me can u exchange modem then as thats when it all went wrong when i got s new modem
vm NO STATICS SHOW ITS OK
ME CAN I HAVE THEM THEN TO GET A 2ND OPINION
vm no hangs up

whats so good about my modem stats why cant i have them or wwould this expose there capping my speed???
