Hi everyone
Just a small update to let you all know, after bangin' on to VM countless times i've now recieved a new modem and they have properly checked and repaired the problem with the network in my street.
Really annoying how all this took so long but! it has all been fixed now, i'm using the Ambit 256 Modem and getting a realiable 18/19 megs worth of connection, even seen it hit the actual 20meg mark -faints-
So i just wanted to say thanks for all your help and pm's with my problems, kept me determined to make them fix it
