TV Down SK9

Guys,

Can anyone in the SK area (SK9 specifically) check their TV and Broadband. My V, V+ and BB are all down. Called Faults and for some crazy reason they decided that I need an engineer visit tomorrow. I'm sure it's probably a local area issue fault but with nothing in the service status page I cannot be sure.

I did ask for a reference for the local area fault as the Indian Helpdesk Chappy decided that he was receiving a lot of calls about this issue whilst I was on the phone - he did tell me at the start of the conversation that noone had called up about it before...

To be honest I think he was just bulling me and trying to get me off the phone.

Anyway, would appreciate someone to check or indeed if anyone inside VM have a status issue raised.

Many thanksee!

Steven

V Box gives me error 1203
V+ gave me error 1200 and now after a reset sticks on AP:52
BB can't get a downstream path and the Sync just keeps flashing

Prime local area issue but how hard to get VM to investigate

I think we are all up and running again now.

Will leave it a few hours and have to call to cancel the engineer appointment. I don't understand why the rush to get an engineer out to visit on what was clearly a local area fault. I guess poor training.
