im on 50meg and was the 1st in the area and ever since ive had it if i download alot i get capped to 10meg they tried to say it was the modem power lvls so i had 2 engineers out who both told me the power lvls were fine and that they do can u even though they arnt ment too, but on a side note if u pause your downloads for around 20mins the speed goes back up.
i dont understand it and virgin meadia all have no clue. other than that im very happy with my connection.
