Sorry to start a new thread, cant find the one i need, I am looking to cancel my cable with virgin cause the quality is sooo bad...i mean i spent all that money on my new hd ready tv to watch pixelated images and lack of free hd service is driving me mad. I have a friend with sky and i prefer his services 10fold so looking to change, however i will keep broadband and phone line (faxline), is there any way to avoid paying the penalty and a step by step thread telliing me how to go about this... sorry im a complaining newbee
