I know it's not that important and i shouldn't care but i feel really let down. Now even "Coming Soon" means nothing and for those who just say "Go to Sky!" well that's not really the point (even though i actually can't move).

It's about being able to trust a company who says it will do something and then doesn't and THEN won;t even have the good grace to mention WHY they haven't done it. There is nothing. Silence on the issue.

If we can't trust them on this, that lack of trust filters down into simple things like getting your bill correct (lol) or fixing your TV (lol) or getting the red button to work (lololol).

It look shabby, inefficient, backward and untruthful.
