I am on one of those UBR's with a 20Meg feed that has been rubbish since the trials started nearly three months ago. They did not tell me about the trial and even after 5 reports insisted that there was no trial affecting my service (even though the UBR is named).
Today after speaking to two techies and two people on retentions I finally reached a point of getting confirmation that my encyclopaedic list of complaints would be addressed and possibly resolved within the 1 month time frame I have given them before using the exit door.
If the expectation is that you will be informed of trials then my practical experience is that even when you find out that you are on one (by accident) it is denied and by strange coincidence the reps web access is down when you give the URL that proves the point.
