Hiya Guys just to let you know my problem has now been solved woohoo. Basically because the card at the exchange had blown and was replaced, they should have rebuilt the card to my specific phone requests. But at first they failed to do this Doh. Now after hours and hours of phone calls they have fixed it and i can now use the 1470 in my phonebook as before yessss. So if anyone else's card goes at the exchange ensure that they re-build it to your specific needs and you should get all facility's as normal. Thanks guys for all your info and advice much appreciated.
