I have NEVER been capped on my 50 meg. I did 1.3 terabyte last month on it and it was solid at 48 meg all the time ?.
I downloaded a blue ray linux disk this morning
and this is my speed at the moment
Having said that i never ever use torrents they are just to big of a security risk. Newsgroups all the way for me.
