Ok download and install the HP utility then download attached files (hidden os files so it will appear empty) Plug in usb device and run HP utility . Tick Create a start up disc and point it to the folder from this post. This creates a bootable disc and gave me a C: . Copy I386 folder cd to the directory and run WINNT32.exe I think will be testing in a few in a vm
Edit you run WINNT and this just worked a treat . Didnt work on the VM but did boot my pc to C: then a simple CD c:\I386 and then WINNT and it started the install
