The teams using KERS, especially in a potential KERS versus KERS situation, will not want to be giving too much feedback.

Not quite sure where KERS will be useful, I'd assume there is enough engine power in the lower gears that KERS would be useless, so are we actually looking a potential boost in slipstreaming drags on the straight - pop out of the slipstream and hit the KERS button - and if the other guy has it, he'll be on it as well.

The teams without / not running KERS end up with more ballast weight to place, one argument aganst using KERS seems to be that it is quite a lump of weight and not particularly convenient to place.
