Hi Russ them things are rubbish the office keep sending them very ones out for me to use in the field and no they certainly dont work with the ps2 adapter at all as for the stutter I found that it was the type of mouse mat you use some turn optical mice into a hyperactive kid (dont know wot the hell they are doing lol) e.g the dell mats are the worst.
