I think it could be one of the following:
Corrupt config file (support should be able to send that again if that's the case) - Not very likely I would suggest
I've seen similar on VPN connection logs. Are you using VPN
Communication issue between router and modem - I would suggest this is the most likely and is most likely to be seen on equipment start up
Can you get on to your router and check that NTP is set up and functioning correctly?
