Hiya guys i am new to this i was wondering i used to be able to put the number 1470 in my phonebook and use it on speed dial my phone line went dead last week which is now fixed, But i can no longer use the 1470 in my phonebook on speed dial. i have spoke to virgin who say i should never of been able to do this anyway especially on speed dial anyone got any ideas its driving me mad. Most of my family etc do not allow with held numbers which means i keep having to put it in all the time and i am terrible at forgeting numbers please please help if you can thankyou
