subject to change of contract blah blah but they do have to notify you when any big changes are made to your contract and should you not agree to the new changes then you can walk away with no penalty charges
contracts work both ways
we all know its coming but when is the question and will it be fair because 75% on 20mb is a big loss in my opinion
i also wouldnt mind having 50mb working though before its capped
