Re: DJ 'seeks $20m over plane crash'

This particular incident is a legendary one amongst flyers. It was one of those "shouldn't have happened" accidents and it is still a contentious point, as to whether it was pilot error or not. But, as has been mentioned before, as his insurance was invalidated by the lack of attention to detail with his paperwork, the only course of redress, the dead passengers' families had, was to sue his estate.
