1. No. I would recommend calling VM and subscribing to the service.
2. No. V+ is Â£5 per month on TV:L
3. BBC HD is included with V+ subscription. Also some VOD content is available in HD. Can't tell you whether other standalone HD channels will be released at this point.

Bare in mind if you call VM, upgrade to TV:XL and retain your current box as an additional outlet for Â£5.00 they will do the V+ install for you for Â£49.00 instead of the current Â£99.00/Â£150.00 install costs.
