Major points so far are
- push alerts. Applications can use Apple's servers to push alerts on to user's screens.
- Application access to Bluetooth and Dock. No word (yet) on improved bluetooth support for users, but Apps can use it to communicate with each other.
- Embeddable Google Maps. Applications can now use maps directly.
- An added API for turn by turn directions. This should help the likes of Tom Tom port applications to the iPhone. Doesn't sound like turn by turn directions will be part of Google Maps though.
- Cut, Copy and Paste. Yep, the one killer feature for most is here. Apparently the way the iPhone does it is quite intelligent as well.
- We also now have Spotlight on the iPhone.

Yes! Stereo Bluetooth is supported! No word on whether remote control support is included though.
