If the debt has been subject to a CCJ then it would be enforceable, just as it would be a fine, I am sure that would be included as well.

But it's not really is it? Quite a sensational piece of headlining though. Motorists are not going to be banned from leaving Britain though are they. Criminals are.

Are we to believe by tour topic title that if the criminal tries to leave by air, they will not be stopped, or only if they take their car on the aeroplane? What if they don't own a car? Are they going to get past the border?
