It's not the frontline agents that identify area faults

They do diagnostics and book as appropriate. The system they have will advise them when an area fault has been found.

Until then they are doing their jobs correctly by following the diagonostics

Oh, and giving out any information about someone else's account without their permission breaks the Data Protection Act
